Meet Rachael Podolsky

Rachael Podolsky is an experienced residential real estate broker and leader in luxury, with dual agency in two markets: Scottsdale, AZ, and Seattle's Eastside. With a passion for putting clients first, Rachael is known for her hands-on approach and expert execution. Rachael began her career in Real Estate on the commercial side, working in the construction and space planning sector of the business. From jobsite management on large-scale commercial projects to downsizing office spaces during reorganizations, Rachael's project management skills have been honed for over 20 years - finally culminating in 2009 with a graduate degree in Project Management from the University of Washington. Based on this, Rachael can guide both buyers and sellers through every real estate transaction on every level - from planning and staging to marketing, negotiating, and moving, as well as local resourcing and post-move-in expertise.

 

Rachael is unyielding in her professionalism, and she has earned several honors and accolades in her field. Among them, her CHLMS designation, which is the highest mark in luxury property marketing, demonstrating her savvy when it comes to listing properties for discerning clientele. As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), she is among only 2500 designees worldwide trained to bring global property transactions to her clients through a vast network.

 

Representing both Buyers and Sellers, Rachael's buyers find in her a confidante and guide, as she advises them on their real estate investments and navigates contracts. Her sellers receive worldwide listing syndication and culturally relevant marketing, providing them with valuable exposure and maximizing their return on investment. With a background in construction management, Rachael enjoys working with local builders to seek out projects in the community, consult on design and property attributes, and ultimately, bring new construction to market. Her partnership with community builders is apparent through long-standing relationships - the key to her success.

 

Rachael has long been an advocate for her Bellevue and Scottsdale communities, volunteering and fundraising for various organizations. She is a proud mother of three wonderful children who all went through the local Bellevue schools, and she loves sharing her own experiences with people new to the community.
