Meet Brandon Volz

Brandon Volz is a real estate advisor serving Arizona clients with a strong foundation in construction, investment, and long-term value strategy. Raised in Kansas in a family deeply rooted in building and development, Brandon was introduced to real estate at an early age through his father, a building contractor with more than 45 years of experience. During school breaks, Brandon worked alongside his father, gaining hands-on insight into construction, project execution, and the fundamentals of property value. After relocating to Arizona in 2011, Brandon obtained his real estate license and began actively selling and investing in residential properties. Shortly thereafter, he partnered with his brother to invest throughout the Phoenix market, a strategy they have continued for more than a decade. In parallel, Brandon remains involved in ongoing investments in Kansas alongside his father, giving him a dual-market perspective and a practical understanding of both local and out-of-state investment opportunities. 

 

Brandon works with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, and is known for his attentive, hands-on approach throughout every stage of the transaction. His experience on both the construction and investment sides of real estate allows him to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and a focus on long-term outcomes.
